I would like to register my product at GAV, how can I do it?

Click on "Learn more and register my product with Lifetime Warranty" on the site www.service-babymoov.com and follow the steps. Be sure to have proof of purchase in a digital version (scan or photo)

I have purchased several Babymoov products. Can I register them all together for one request for Lifetime Warranty?

No. You must make a request for each Babymoov product you wish to register.

How long do I have to register my product for Lifetime Warranty after purchase?

The registration of your Babymoov product for Lifetime Warranty must be made within two months of purchase.

If the country in which I reside is different from the country where I made the purchase, which country should I select when registering my Babymoov product for Lifetime Warranty?

Registration for Lifetime Warranty of all Babymoov products takes place in the country of purchase. Example: I live in France but I purchased my product in Germany. Registration for Lifetime Warranty for my Babymoov product will take place in Germany. You will then need to select Germany as the country of reference at the time of online registration of your Babymoov product.

I cannot scan my receipt. Can I send it by mail?

Unfortunately this is not possible.   We\\\'re sorry but each application for registration for Lifetime Warranty must be made through our online process.

What is the difference between the legal guarantee and lifetime warranty offered by Babymoov?

The legal guarantee can vary from one country to another. ES : In Europe, the European Union has determined that the duration of the legal guarantee has to be two years. This means that any consumer who purchases a childcare product at a physical store or online, will automatically get a two-year warranty on the product. For any problem, please contact the store where the purchase was made, so that the problem can be resolved. Please note that the duration and the framework of the legal guarantee can vary from one country to another. The lifetime warranty is not a legal obligation. This is a service established and financed by Babymoov to provide their customers with the possibility of taking care of their Babymoov products in the best way possible. It succeeds the legal guarantee established by the country of the consumer and thus takes effect at the end of the legal guarantee (eg. : 2 years and 1 day in Europe)

Does the lifetime warranty apply to all Babymoov products without exception?

Yes, the lifetime warranty applies to all Babymoov products. Only the consumable parts of Babymoov products are not (batteries, teats, lamps …) included.

Do I need to pay for the lifetime warranty?

Absolutely not. The Lifetime Warranty is a free service offered by the brand!

I was given a Babymoov product as a gift and I don\\\'t have the receipt. Can I still register for lifetime warranty?

Unfortunately this is not possible. The proof of purchase is the only requirement we have to provide lifetime warranty to your product. This is something we absolutely require.

I was given a Babymoov product as a gift and I have the receipt but without the price. Can I still register for lifetime warranty?

Yes. The receipt without price or a gift receipt is acceptable. They constitute proof of purchase in the same way as an invoice or a sales receipt with price.

I bought a Babymoov product from a private sale website: can I still register for Lifetime Warranty?

Of course! Your Babymoov product is a new product. You purchased it through a sales outlet approved by the brand and you have an invoice which proves your purchase. So you have all the prerequisites needed to register for Lifetime Warranty.

The packaging of my product describes a 5-year warranty. What does this mean?

We are pleased to inform you that your 5-year warranty has been automatically changed into a lifetime warranty.

My Babymoov product, already registered for Lifetime Warranty, has been stolen. Can you replace it?

Unfortunately this is not possible. The Babymoov lifetime warranty does not cover theft.

Used products

I purchased a used Babymoov product. Can I register for Lifetime Warranty?

No. The Lifetime Warranty is personal and cannot be transferred. It can only be applied to a new product purchased through a network approved by the brand.

I would like to sell a Babymoov product to my friend. Can I tell her that she will enjoy Lifetime Warranty?

No. The Lifetime Warranty is personal and cannot be transferred. It can only be applied to a new product purchased through a network approved by the brand.

Lifetime warranty confirmation

I haven't received a confirmation for my lifetime warranty. Has my product been registered?

We respond to all registration requests for Lifetime Warranty within 2-4 weeks of receipt of request. If your request was made correctly within 2 months following the purchase of your Babymoov product and if you have attached supporting documents, there is nothing to worry about. Your product has been registered for Lifetime Warranty. To have definite confirmation, please do not hesitate to send a message to our customer service using our contact form.

My request for registration of my Babymoov product for Lifetime Warranty was rejected, why?

The necessary conditions for the registration of a product for Lifetime Warranty are as follows: - Register your Babymoov product within 2 months of purchase of the product- Send a scan or photo of your receipt with your registration request for Lifetime WarrantyYour registration was probably not complete, or perhaps received late.
